Ash vs. Evil Dead Season 3:
Press Release and New Trailer
Over the past four years, we have been able to achieve remarkable success in acquiring media access to entertainment companies that generally only cater to large-scale, mainstream corporations. Without your support, we would not be able to accomplish our lofty goals and hope to continue to find new ways to grow and provide you with the best, quality content.
While we will always maintain a core focus on the “haunted attraction” industry, we have recently been building a network of media credentials that expand well into the entertainment world. Due to our independent affiliation, the “vetting process” is far more intense, and this has briefly delayed several projects for the long-term growth and success of Electroshock Entertainment.
Brief content delays have allowed us to really reach out and make the necessary moves from a growth standpoint to really provide you, our followers, quality…exclusive and first-run content that you deserve. The past three months have been filled with endless negotiations, review of work samples and endless pitches, resulting in what we hope is a constant stream of unique/exclusive content that goes beyond traditional blogs or news sites. We still will focus to what we find to be our core interests (haunt industry /immersive horror, but will also branch into select niche topics including video games, and from time to time craft beer).
What will also begin to appear is more first-run company generated press releases and content. While this may at first glance take away from our “independence” we feel that it is important that we support those companies that have opened the doors to us and do respect their customers. We only deal with those companies that provide you with quality entertainment and have no problem providing an honest assessment of their content. As we begin this process, please note that the content provided to us directly through our contacts will be of the highest quality and again is our way of saying thank you to those who have supported us in our journey.
Ash vs. Evil Dead Season 3 Official Preview
Electroshock Entertainment is proud to announce we secured another major media credential, as we will be providing in-depth coverage (Production Notes, Biographies, Weekly Previews and Show Reviews) of STARZ’s hit series, and one our all-time favorite shows, Season 3 of “Ash vs. Evil Dead!” Premiering February 25th, “Ash vs Evil Dead,” a 10-episode half-hour series, is the long-awaited follow-up to the classic horror film, The Evil Dead.
We have been privileged with an advanced screening of the first-half of Season 3 and can assure you that this season will not disappoint. As fans of the “Evil Dead” series, we understand the importance of supporting the series, and this season is pure over-the-top gore-fueled insanity, a season that has so-far surpassed what most fans consider to be the strongest season (Season One).
The third season finds Ash, having gone from murderous urban legend to humanity-saving hometown hero, discovering that he has a long-lost daughter who’s been entrusted to his care. When Kelly witnesses a televised massacre with Ruby’s fingerprints all over it, she returns with a new friend to warn Ash and Pablo that evil isn’t done with them yet. Blood is thicker than water in the battle of good vs Evil Dead.
After watching the first five episodes, we are left with eager anticipation of the final half of the season and hopefully more seasons to come. Fans of the iconic “Evil Dead” franchise and newcomers alike will be blown away by what may one-day be heralded as the greatest “horror-comedy” franchise ever produced. Launching Sunday, February 18th check out Electroshock Entertainment for exclusive episode previews, and detailed episodic reviews featuring exclusive production notes and other exciting behind the scenes content.
The cast is led by Bruce Campbell in the role of Ash Williams; Lucy Lawless as Ruby, Ray Santiago as Pablo Simon Bolivar, and Dana DeLorenzo as Kelly Maxwell. Arielle Carver-O’Neill joins as Brandy Barr, Ash’s long-lost daughter, along with Lindsay Farris as Dalton, leader of the Knights of Sumeria. Lee Majors returns as Brock Williams.
Sam Raimi serves as Executive Producer with Rob Tapert, Bruce Campbell, Ivan Raimi and Rick Jacobson. Mark Verheiden serves as Executive Producer/Showrunner.
